Spanish and Polish delegations (teachers and students) arrived on Sunday.

11/02/2019 – Monday

At 8:30 a.m., the welcome reception began at the D. Duarte School, with musical and dance activities.

In the afternoon, the Workshop: Feeling Digital/Being Social Challenges of Digital Society was held in the school library by Cristina Azevedo Gomes and Salomé Morais.

The day ended with a snack prepared by the Professional school Mariana Seixas for all students and teachers involved.

12/02/2019 – Tuesday

Early in the morning, the different delegations were received at the City Council

At 10:30 a.m., a poetic and theatrical presentation was held at Dr. Azeredo Perdigão Elementary School

At 2 pm, students and teachers took part in a guided tour of the city of Viseu. The tour began at Casa da Ribeira, where it was possible to visit several exhibitions of the city’s cultural heritage and went through the historical center of the city. Viseu’s funicular was used to get to the city historical center.

13/02/2019 – Wednesday

The students attended English and PE classes to get in touch with in the routines of the school, between 8:30 a.m. and 10.15.

From 10:30 a.m. on, students and teachers took part in the Security in Social NetworksWorkshop held by Raquel Costa.

14/02/2019 – Thursday

This day was spent in the city of Oporto. In this city, it was possible to visit the Portuguese Center of Photography, installed in the old prison. We went on a guided tour that led us to the Torre dos Clérigos one of the most famous landmarks of the city, the historical center of the city, the Ribeira and the Palacio da Bolsa.

15/02/2019 – Friday

The morning began with the Workshop B & W Networks – Kahoottime!, hosted by Raquel Sequeira, in the school library.

At 10:30 a.m., students started their photographic marathon: in multicultural teams they had to create posters according to the thematic photographs the students had previously sent by e-mail.

At 12 a.m. every student gathered to attend the certificate delivery ceremony.

In the afternoon, students took part in games and sports activities at school.
